Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document, between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday, at the Institute of Public Administration And Management; The Procurement unit; A. J. Momoh Street, Freetown. Akundayo Thompson Building, Second Floor (Room 205); where bidding documents may also be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe 1,000.00 (One Thousand Leones) to any of the following Revenue from sale of Bidding Sub Treasury accounts;

Pay-in slips should be forwarded to The Procurement Office or Procurement Unit; A. J. Momoh Street, Tower Hill, Freetown. Ekundayo Thompson Building, Second Floor (Room 205). Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Friday, 31ST JULY, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by: 
* A valid Business registration certificate; 

* Bid Security of SLL 24,000.00 (Twenty-Four Thousand Leones Only) from a reputable Commercial Bank; 

* A valid tax clearance certificate;

* Signed and stamped bid form.

Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, 31ST JULY, 2026 at 12:00 noon in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
