The university of Sierra Leone is pleased to have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding and Student exchange agreement with the Southern Federal University in Rostov-on-Don Russia Federation. Upon this agreement we are excited to invite our graduates, scholars, current and potential students to quickly apply for the Russian open door scholarship which is hosted by our new partner university.
