The University of Sierra Leone wishes to inform the general public that it will open the online applications process on Monday 19th July 2021 for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses tenable at Fourah Bay College (FBC), Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) and College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS) for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Prospective applicants can now obtain application PINS at the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, Commerce and Mortgage Bank PLB (CMB) and Rokel Commercial Bank in Freetown or any of their branches in the regions at the cost of Le 300,000 for Undergraduate and Le 500,000 for Postgraduate Courses respectively.

 Applicants are advised to visit University of Sierra Leone website for details of the entry requirements into the various Programmes, Faculties, Departments and Colleges,

The University will introduce new Faculties, Departments and Programmes for the next academic year. Applicants will be duly informed about the new programmes for possible choice.

The DEADLINE for submission of applications is Friday 20th August 2021

 Note: University entry requirements for admissions are outlined below:

  1. GCE ‘O’ Level by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC)
  2. GCSEs Advanced Subsidiary level by Pearson Edexcel
  3. GCE Advanced level (‘A’ Level)
  4. West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE)

Diploma and Certificate courses at the University of Sierra Leone are terminal programmes. Applicants from diploma or certificate programmes who wish to apply for degree programmes must have the University’s minimum entry requirements.
