In a message wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year, the Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of Sierra Leone, Professor Aiah Randolph Lebbie, expressed his appreciation for the commitment and support of all staff throughout 2025.

He called upon both academic and administrative staff to expedite the admission process to ensure freshmen and women are able to begin lectures early in January 2026. To facilitate this, Deans and Heads of Department across all campuses have been instructed to attend sessions with the ICT Directorate on using the portal for admissions.
